Description

Tenders are to be invited for a Consultant required to establish a route to Zero Carbon Emissions on behalf of Three Rivers District Council
The Initial study will be to provide a route to Zero for the Council's own operations. This is to be delivered in 5 phases Currently, baseline data has been collated for Scope 1,2, and 3 emissions and will be made available at tender stage. This is an Expression of Interest notice with the Council shortlisting interested parties to submit a quote/tender.
