Description

This is a new Central Bedfordshire Preventative Mental Health Service to support adult customers with a mental health issue, who present with a range of support needs. The aim is to deliver support within the community that reaches across Central Bedfordshire, ensuring the service is accessible to everyone, to support vulnerable adults through their recovery journey, whilst implementing a progressive model. This is to enable customers who are receiving support, become as independent as possible and ensure the service delivers good outcomes for the local population.
