Description
The Project
The purpose of this invitation to tender (ITT) is to contract with an appropriate supplier to provide GRP door sets for RBH. This will include Front & Back doors sets and outbuilding doors.
This supply contract will serve our Investment Programme as part of a planned replacement scheme as well as our maintenance teams for day to day repairs. The breakdown of the work In 2019/20 was as follows: -
• Standard Front Doors - approximately 350
Of these approximately 50 were considered urgent and therefore required delivering in 5 working days for a standard door set.
• Back Doors - approximately 150
• Out Building Doors - approximately 150
Current split between investment and day to day is approximately 50% investment 50% day to day.
