Description

The invitation to tender is to ascertain quotations for Cambridgeshire County Council (the Council) as they have need to hire temporary accommodation for the Fulbourn Primary School to provide decanting classrooms and additional classroom space for an increasing number on roll whilst extensions and remodelling to the school permanent buildings takes place and is seeking quotations from suitable and appropriately qualified and experienced specialist contractors.

It is expected that the building(s) will be required to be delivered to site and installed during the summer term half-term holiday w/c 29/05/2017, with internal fit-out following on during term time, with Handover expected to be achieved by Friday 23rd June 2017. Hire charges will commence upon Handover of the building(s).

It is estimated that hire will need to continue until the autumn half-term holiday w/c 23/10/2018, although it is possible that the hire period may be shorter or longer should the permanent building works be completed early or delayed for any reason. Providers are asked to cover this eventuality within the pricing schedule by pricing
