Description

The Early Help Framework will be used for the commissioning of early help services for adults and children, and has been developed in conjunction with Eastern Cheshire and South Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Groups. The objective of the framework is to facilitate a significant and tangible impact on the lives of children, young people and adults whilst also aiming to prevent or delay demand for adult social care, children's services, and health services, as well as reducing escalation to more intensive and specialist support.

Framework can be used by Cheshire East Borough Council and all Cheshire East Borough Council subsidiary and associated companies, including, but not limited to: Tatton Park Enterprises Ltd; East Cheshire Engine of the North; Ansa Environmental Services Ltd; Orbitas Bereavement Services Ltd; Civicance Ltd, Skills and Growth Company Ltd and Everybody Sports & Recreational Trust Ltd (Trading as Everybody Ltd, a charitable trust), Transport Service Solutions Ltd, and any other wholly or partly owned companies created by Cheshire East Borough Council, NHS Eastern Cheshire CCG, NHS South Cheshire CCG
Bidders can apply to the framework at one of 3 Tiers and contracts will be called off after a standardised risk assessment has been undertaken to determine the Tier at which the contract will be competed
Bidders can elect to join the framework at any of the three Tiers that they feel appropriate to the nature and scope of services they would wish to bid for. Suppliers will only be eligible to bid for contract being competed at the Tier they are contracted for or lower.
