Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) are looking to appoint highly experienced and qualified Mechanical & Electrical Consultancy Services to provide consultancy support to the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team and its residents in undertaking a comprehensive review of all mechanical & electrical installations/systems across the blocks and houses that make up the Estate. The scope of services also required the Consultant to provide option studies and recommendations for maintaining/upgrading existing systems with as part of proposed refurbishment works.

The scope of the services required are to be delivered under 3 separate contracts:
- LOT 1 - LWE Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing
- LOT 2 - LWE Video Door Entry, CCTV & IRS
- LOT 3 - LWE Lifts.
