ESPO framework 664_21 call off for GCC M5 J9 A46 (Ashchurch) Transport Scheme. The contract will allow the council to continue the work necessary as scheme promoter to deliver the OBC for the M5 Junction 9 and A46 (Ashchurch) Transport Scheme.
