Description
PCH are seeking bids from suitably qualified and highly experienced contractors for Electronic Payment Collections. The services within this tender are split as follows;
Lot 1 - Card Payment services and Direct Debit collections
Lot 2 - Card Payment services
Lot 3 - Direct Debit collections
The tenderer may bid for any Lot or can submit a combination bid covering more than one (or all) Lots. If bidding for Lot 1, you must provide an individual bid for Lot 2 & 3 too.
PCH's detailed requirements are defined within the Invitation to Tender document.
The intended duration of the contract is 2 years with possible extensions for an additional 6 years. PCH intends to award the contract on 09th May 2019 and reserves the right to award the contract at such date or at a later date, or not at all. The contract will be a 2 + 2 + 2 + 2. The contract commencement date will be 1st November 2019.
