Description

The Council wishes to procure an Environmental Enforcement Service which provides Enforcement Officers and related support services to undertake high profile foot patrols, across the Walsall Borough, enforcing environmental crime against offences such as littering, dog fouling, littering from vehicles, domestic and commercial waste duty of care offences, fly posting and fly tipping including evidence gathering for fly tipping.
