Description
In developing the business proposal the Council needs to consider the benefits of the different functionality of potential solutions and their ability to meet our objectives. The following areas of functionality are currently being considered:
• The ability to operate booking diaries for multiple sites and functions to accommodate one crematorium with two chapels and a natural burial site and at least 35 cemetery sites and with the ability to accommodate further sites in the future.
• The ability to group sites into areas and display both individual and group views.
• Ability to offer Funeral Directors out of hours booking facilities for the crematorium service.
• The ability to build and generate a wide range of reports which can be manipulated in software such as Excel where required.
• The ability to produce accurate statistical reports to show as appropriate for cremation and burial services
