Description

We have a requirement for a data mapping tool to support our GDPR obligations. We are giving prospective bidders the opportunity to indicate if they have the solution that could meet our requirements. As a minimum the system needs to be able to do the following:-

• Where held

• What format

• Who uses it

• Privacy Impact Assessments

• Risk controls

• Hold Data Sharing Agreements

• Hold Info Security policies/procedures

• Data flows

• Dashboard reporting

• Classifications
