Plymouth City Council (PCC) has secured appropriate and qualified support to provide contract preparation, contract administration and CDM advice to support the Council as client with respect to 3 Transforming Cities Fund Schemes; 32 St Budeaux Interchange, 146 Dockyard to City Centre and 201 Dockyard to City Centre (TCF 146 and 201 are Walking and Cycling Improvements schemes). All three schemes are to be delivered under one construction contract.
