Description
A provider to undertake a range of activities and projects that will develop and grow services that will support those with a learning disability and or autism to live meaningful lives in a community setting. Early assumptions suggest they will focus on developing small , bespoke providers in each ICS area. The commission wil also focus on working with systems to review cross system local services to explore how the can, working with local system partners improve core services to support community living including , with support being available to facilitate this.
