Description

The University of Nottingham wishes to appoint a supplier and/or multiple suppliers to provide the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) testing and Reactive Maintenance (RM) for various Fire and Security services across all of its UK campus locations. The services are broken down into 5 distinctive Lots as follows:-

Lot 1: Fire Alarm Systems
Lot 2: CCTV Systems
Lot 3: Intruder Alarm Systems
Lot 4: Fire Extinguishers, Hose Reels and Blankets
Lot 5: Emergency Lighting Systems

Only one supplier shall be selected per Lot. All inherent equipment supplied and installed is owned by the University.

The selected Lot supplier will manage the PPM and RM by synchronising their service facilities to that of the University of Nottingham's Estates Office Facilities Management System, and on behalf of the University, act as the single point of contact for enquiries about the service.
