Description

Essex County Council is seeking a provider to deliver care and support for the Moulsham Lodge supported living scheme at Waltham Glen, Chelmsford. The support will be for up to 7 individuals with low to moderate levels of need associated with learning disabilities, autism or acquired brain injuries. The successful provider will be required to work with the landlord, Chelmsford Housing Partnership.
This is an initial 2 year contract with the option to extend for another 2 years.
