Description

The Project comprises the installation of new Steam and MTHW pipework using an alternative route to re-establish the services connecting the Rockefeller and Cruciform Plantrooms.

The Steam and MTHW Pipework which connects the Rockefeller and Cruciform Plantrooms is in a poor condition with continuous pipe joint failures. The tunnel which provides the route for the services is also structurally unsound.
