Description

The Authority requires a Feasibility Study to test the social economic and technical viability of delivering a new Cultural Hub at Newport Harbour on the Isle of Wight. The primary objectives for developing a new Cultural Hub at Newport Harbour are to
Regenerate Newport Harbour
Provide an appropriate, secure and accredited storage facility and access for archives to meet The National Archive standards
Deliver a vibrant new public library
Enhance the cultural and community offer of the Harbour area

The term of the contract shall be as soon as possible until 31st March 2023 with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months at the sole discretion of the Authority.
