Contract Status and Variation Summary

Summary of Contract Scope and Variations:
This notice reflects the initial contract award inclusive of two subsequent variations to ensure an accurate public record:

Variation 1 (Scope Realignment): The optional extension period was exercised with a reduced scope. Following the removal of Orca services and a reduction in Call-off time, the extension value was renegotiated downward from the original estimate of £120,000 to a fixed value of £79,600.

Variation 2 (Service Continuity): A further time extension and valuation uplift of £119,000.00 has been applied via Regulation extension.
