Description
This contract is for Gazebo and Picnic Table Hire for Durham County Council Food Festivals.
The primary objective of the contract is to source a supplier of gazebos and picnic tables for our food festivals. The equivalent of up to 70 3m x 3m gazebos is required for each food festival, using mainly 6m x 3m and some 3m x 3m structures and around 45 picnic tables per festival. This contact includes supply, delivery, build and derig to the agreed layout and at the agreed time.
The Contract start date is 1st March 2025 to 28th February 2026, with 3 x 12 month extension opportunities, subject to event funding and requirements.
