Description

Norwich City Council have commissioned the refurbishment of St James House, Norwich., Norfolk.
St James House was constructed in 1975 and is currently a sheltered housing scheme owned and managed by Norwich City Council. The scheme is currently for residents 60+ and is made up of 32 flats and 2 x 1 bedroom semi-detached bungalows.
The scheme is being fully refurbished and will feature a newly designed entrance area, dining/lounge, guest suite and library/quiet room.
The overall vision for St James House is one that should aspire to provide a vibrant and modern environment similar to that of a five star hotel. Suppliers should provide proposals that reflect the brief and overall interior vision providing modern yet classic offerings.
