Contract Title: My Health Matters
Contract Value: £60,000 per annum
Contract Length: 12 months (with the option to extend for a further 12 months)

The aims of the service are:

• To make Havering residents and employees more aware of their health and more prepared to contemplate lifestyle changes through effective use of social marketing and \"nudge\" approaches.
• For a voluntary sector organisation with a track record, or at least with a thorough knowledge and understanding of mobilising the community to: \"Reduce health inequalities of adults within Havering by empowering and preparing them to change their own lifestyles thereby improving the health of themselves and others\"
