Description

Northern Derbyshire Manufacturing Zone is to create a design guide for commerce and industry that would be used to inform the creation of site-specific design framework for the key employment sites.
The design frameworks would then be used to provide greater certainty on planning issues and help unlock investment for growth by manufacturing businesses in the zone.
