Description
The materials supplied under this contract are for new designed and maintenance of existing traffic islands and require a prompt response in replacing following accident damage to insure the council is protected against driver claims for incorrectly marked traffic islands. The previous contract was awarded through an ESPO OJEU Compliant further competition procurement and has run from 06/2016 to 06/2020. This framework is no longer available.
This waiver to allow the markets time to recover from COVID-19 shut downs and for suppliers to ascertain their ability to support any new tender, thus giving Doncaster the benefit of the full market on re-opening.
