Westminster City Council ("WCC") is currently redeveloping the site at Dudley House and when completed will include a high rise tower block containing approximately 197 units of housing, a free school (Marylebone Boys School) and a new church ("the Project"). WCC intends to make the housing units available for intermediate rent for those who are registered with the Council and are looking for affordable high quality rented accommodation within the Borough. The units will be let on assured short hold tenancies for up to three years
