Description

Wolverhampton City Council is to receive an award from the Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport's Local full Fibre Network Programme. The project is for the provision of quality, reliable high-speed connectivity between Public buildings and assets across the City. The council is seeking to future proof its network connectivity requirements for the next 20 years through the installation of gigabit capable network services. This procurement is to procure the long-term right of use of flexible and future proofed gigabit connectivity across its entire estate.

There is a potential for the public organisations named below to utilise this contract in the future, however the only contract award guaranteed is Wolverhampton City Council core sites, tenderer`s must use their own judgement to enable them to make an informed decision with regard to identifying risk within this contract. Wolverhampton City Council at its sole discretion may or may not contract with the winning tenderer for the optional sites. Wolverhampton City Council will not be liable for any costs associated with regard to bidding or planning for any further work related the named parties below.
