• Companies Act advice and support with occasional company administration which may include some company secretarial services setting up and winding up companies and changes to Mem & Arts of a subsidiary
• Capacity to undertake Trust administration/secretarial services including undertaking filings with regulatory bodies if required
• General legal advice including linked to financial matters, company administration, taxation, governance, bribery act, fraud act, corporate governance, etc.
