Description
1.1 Brighton & Hove City Council (BHCC) have previously commissioned an initial 'Stage One' Feasibility study into the viability of constructing a large-scale Solar PV installation within the authority's boundary. A redacted version of this initial feasibility can be provided to potential bidders upon signing of accompanying NDA document.
1.2 BHCC are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to act as lead consultant, providing development expertise, knowledge & project management resource to further advance this project to a procurement ready stage subject to planning permission.
1.3 Consultants will be required to demonstrate an expert knowledge of solar PV feasibility assessments, development works and extensive technical knowledge in the field, as well as examples of similar successfully commissioned projects.
