Description
To deliver Employability through Sports Coaching to eligible 15-29 year olds who are not in employment, education or training (NEET). Courses will include 'Soft' skills such as cooperation, leadership, respect for others, knowing how to win and lose, knowing how to manage competition, etc.
Certified qualifications may also be included together with a range of sports related skills such as:
o How to plan, deliver and monitor sports activities and training sessions.
o Getting motivated
o Team Working
o How to maintain physical fitness and support
o How to encourage other people to do the same
o How to develop your confidence.
o How you can use your coaching skills to impress employers and get a job.
