- Details of your experience in leading theory of change work to develop outcome focusses strategies for change
- A summary of your approach to theories of change development and facilitation using the domain approach (including a willingness to work with the Commission's existing approach to theory of change and impact evaluation)
- A work plan including the number of days required for each element of the work.
