Description

1. The scope of requirement is to:
• provide, install 6 colour multifunctional printers across 4 sites
• Removal of one large plotter printer.
• Three year support arrangement for the printers with options to extend of a further two years.
Detailed Requirements:
Multifunction Printer
2. The Supplier shall provide six colour Multifunction Printers with a similar specification to:
• A3 25ppm Duplex Copy/print/Scan PCL5c/6 DADF, 3 Trays Total 1140 Sheets, Stand
• 2000 Sheet Office Finisher LX
• Multi Card Reader Common RFID-Kit
• Stand (if desktop)
3. The Supplier should propose a model which is not likely to be end of life in the near future.
4. The Supplier shall install the Multifunctional Printers at each site and will be supported either remotely or onsite by a Commission DDaT colleague.
5. The Supplier should provide full details of the Multifunctional Printer recommended within the quality response including any software required/recommended. Note the supplier may provide more than one model and explain difference between each. The Commission is keen to reduce it's energy consumption so details around this should be detailed.
6. The Multifunctional Printers will be purchased outright.
7. Whilst the Commission does not anticipate the need for any further Multifunctional Printers during the Call-Off Contract term, the Commission may use the Call-Off Contract to order these.
8. The existing Multifunctional Printers the Commission uses will be decommissioned by the incumbent.
