Scope of Service:
Mailing Framework Contract for all noise notifications to run for. 2 years. The ITT will include details of the following;

Supplier needs to provide costing for
• 1st class mail.
• 2nd class mail.
• (franked if cheaper)
• Colour printed option price.
• Black and white printed option price.
• All on A4 paper (40GSM) recycled.
• To include a mail merge service.
• A5 double sided post card.
• Be able to offer Application Programming Interface.
• Lead time (48 hours or less)
