Other additional information: The university has decided to undertake a value engineering exercise on the current project brief, before proceeding to Stage 2, the ITT of this tender, to ensure the optimal balance of function, cost, and performance for the project. As a result, we will be adjusting the tender timeline to accommodate this exercise.
