Design and Build Contract for the construction of a new build primary school at the Hundred of Hoo Academy. The project is a new build 1FE primary school at The Hundred of Hoo Academy, in the adjacent field. The building will be a new build 2 storey, steel framed, school with circa 1,400m2 GIFA. The building will be naturally ventilated and future proofing for a future 2FE expansion.
