Two storey modular building for Waste Depot Linden Way Coalville LE67 5EU.
A two storey modular building is required for the councils waste Services Depot in Coalville to provide new Welfare Facilities comprising Male and Female Toilets, to the ground floor and Locker / Drying Room and Showers with designated changing to the first floor.

Plus
Works to Existing Two Storey Titan Portacabin so that it is upgraded to be fully compliant with the Building Regulations 3rd Edition including Part L2a (thermal resistance).
