Description

A contract was awarded for more pathways to Further Education.
The Foundation sought to encourage final year undergraduates to consider a career in teaching in Further Education (FE). One approach to this was to get final year students to spend some time in colleges or Independent Training Providers (ITP), helping with the delivery. The Foundation requested partners arrange this by means of offering financial incentives to the students and operational funding to the colleges/Independent Training Providers. For partners working at a local level, we sought more than two geographically separate partners to ensure a degree of regional coverage.
