The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea wishes to appoint consultants to carry out a council-wide review of its pay and grading structure.
Before inviting tenders for the contract, the Council would like to meet a number of providers to discuss its requirements and the information that tenderers would expect to be provided with as well as the most effective approach to take in order to achieve its objectives.
