Description
Lot 1 - Biological Services (BSD) - Carry out a survey within BSD to ascertain the state of the plant and building with respect to its current use and provide a costed programme of work to address any issues identified by the survey - Estimate the current life of the building and what it would be if the remedial works were carried out. - Review and suggest options as to how the area could be re-configured to work more efficiently to provide space and appropriate environmental conditions for the required in-vivo models and provide plans and high-level costings.
Lot 2 - Accommodation Changes - Review and suggest options for two areas of the site (CBRM, and the wider Site) as to how the areas could be re-configured to work more efficiently, create space and improve process flow within the limitations of the building. This should include options to consolidate the activities currently undertaken at the Teddington site at South Mimms - Develop a set of plans and high-level costings for the chosen option for CBRM, and the wider site.
