Description

Real estate services. Wolverhampton Homes requires a qualified Service Provider to carry out valuations on Council properties under the Right to Buy scheme.The Service Provider shall undertake professional valuations to both houses and flats in accordance with the Statement of Requirements.The Contract shall be for 2 years, with the option to extend for a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance.The estimated value of the Contract is £50k per annum, however, the Client does not guarantee to raise any orders.The Contractor must have Public Liability Insurance of at least £5 million in place for the duration of the Contract.
