Description

To appoint a forward thinking supplier that will embrace the emergence of new media opportunities and offer a comprehensive range of solutions to suit our specific briefs that grow the WMCA brand.
There are two elements to this tender;
1. Media buying of advertising as specified by WMCA
2. Strategic media planning and buying of advertising briefed in by the WMCA communications team to support campaign activity. This will include ROI evaluation, advice and consultancy on innovative and emerging media opportunities, current and future digital trends and customer insight and demographic profiling.

The appointed tenderer will be a full-service agency who can purchase all types of media.

This Framework Agreement will be available and accessible to the West Midlands Growth Company Ltd, other Combined Authorities (CA's) and other public sector bodies in the UK.
