Description

The London Borough of Ealing is tendering to commission a single provider to provide an integrated 0-19 yearsHealthy Child Programme service in Ealing, led and delivered by health visiting and school nursing teams. Theservice also includes:
· Delivery of the Family Nurse Partnership service in Ealing

· Renewal of a core health visiting advisory offer to Ealing's children's services
Services are commissioned in accordance with its public health duties and relating to the delivery of the ChildHealth Programme to the age group 0 to 19 population.
The services will be expected to work as part of an integrated service that also comprises family support andtherapies. The service will work at universal, targeted and specialist levels. There will be a strong emphasis onboth health promotion and safeguarding children and young people as well as on effective delivery of the healthvisitor mandated items.
