Description

EBC is currently in the process of agreeing Heads of Terms for the acquisition of the land at Field Common Farm site. However, prior to a more detailed contract being agreed, EBC is undertaking its due diligence and, given the sites' land use history, requires site investigations to understand the ground conditions in terms of land contamination and cost implications thereof, of a proposed SANG at this Site. EBC is therefore seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultants:

o To undertake a due diligence site investigation to understand and report on the ground conditions in terms of land contamination on a proposed SANG at the Site.
o To understand and report on the risks to future site users and other identified receptors posed by land contamination (soil, gas / vapour and Controlled Water, where appropriate) on the subject Site.

o Where unacceptable risks are identified, to provide outline information (with cost estimate) for remediation measures necessary to ensure the final development is safe and suitable for its intended use.
