Description

The purpose of this notice is to make the Statement of Requirement available to, and invite, potential suppliers to confirm they can entirely meet the requirements by providing a fully-itemised written quotation for the complete and specified work package.
The complete and specified package of works required is detailed in the attached Statement of Requirements (C20637 - Wheelhouse Video Data Recorder - SoR - vf).
Border Force (BF) is a Directorate of the Home Office. BF operate a fleet of five (5) Cutters. The four (4) Damen 4207 and one (1) Telkka Class patrol vessels are built in accordance with Lloyds 100A+ (4207 only) and hold valid MCA International Load line certification.

Following this sourcing exercise based on price (written quotation - most economically advantageous tender), this contact will commence no later than 0900hrs, 10 March 2021 and must be completed by close of business, 30 April 2021.
Bidders are requested to;
a) complete the attached price sheet (C20637 - Wheelhouse Video Data Recorder - Price Sheet - vf) in full providing a value for each line item;
b) submit an official, dated quote complete with unique quote reference number showing the amount in GBP.
c) Bidders are required to submit their written quotations in both .pdf and .docx formats; and
d) state their acceptance of the Authority's Short Form Terms and Conditions (C20637 - Wheelhouse Video Data Recorder - T&Cs); and
e) acknowledge that the Authority reserves the right to withdraw this requirement during any stage of this process.
