Description

To appoint a subcontractor to provide labour only subcontract joinery required for the construction of 28nr new build dwellings at the former Ellington Colliery, Lynemouth Road, Ellington.

The works include the subcontractor to carry out labour only joinery works to complete the joists, main roof, 1st fix, 2nd fix and final fix to 28nr affordable plots as per the drawings attached within the ITT.
