Description

The Tender seeks to secure a suitably placed provided to deliver education and training on behalf for our ESFA contract in a distance learning with capacity achieving high outcomes for learners and strong positive destinations.

The provider is required to deliver a range of course distance learning and will provide teaching and qualifications that will be awarded and certified by awarding organisations. The subject area must be of a skills area of priority across the UK in non-devolved areas.

The Provider with be required to comply with an ESFA contracting framework, as well as provide appropriate destinations data alongside high levels of success.


- Demonstrable experience of delivering distance learning and in sector priorities
- Have formal qualifications attached to the learning
- Supports learner engagement and support and can demonstrate success
- Current experience of what has been delivered and what has worked well
- Reference to how they currently judge the quality of teaching, learning and assessment
- Have a self-assessment report and quality improvement and can produce this as part of contract award
- Have approval from awarding organisations to deliver training and have a track record of holding high quality EQA reports and direct claim status
- Recruitment promotes inclusivity
- Ofsted grading of Good or higher
- Have a track record (of two full years) of high quality student achievement rates and be able to demonstrate this across the provision including analysis of EDI data.
- Have a track record of recording destinations (of two full years) and having high levels of positive destinations including analysis of EDI data.
- Have a track record of having high quality learner satisfaction levels
