Description

The Council wishes to establish a Contract for the demolition of the main straight grandstands and the remediation of the site.

o Preliminaries in preparation for the works to commence
o Demolition including;
o Demolition including foundations to a depth of 2m below existing ground levels
o Removal of communication lines
o Removal of any fly tipped and surplus materials
o Identification and disposal of asbestos and toxic waste
o Site protection
o Erect temporary security fencing
o Grade site to match surrounding ground levels
o Remediation
o Site utility diversions and disconnections as required

The Contract will be for a duration of 8 months (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract).
