Assessment
of the current Park Avenue usage, current cricket provision and
participation levels in the locality and District. Consider how the
stadium complex may be developed in line with CBMDC Planning, ECB
and Sport England parameters. Produce a feasibility study and
masterplan with options as necessary for the potential development
of the site including outline designs for the built facilities.
