Description
Leicestershire County Council and ESPO invites Quotations for a testing agency to provide drug and alcohol, testing as per the attached Policy Appendix 1, Procedure Appendix 2 and Toolkit Appendix 3 documents on the grounds of health and safety and compliance with the Traffic Commissioners recommendations.
The proposed Contract will commence as soon as possible after 1 September 2023 for 12 months with an option to extend for a further 36 months in 12-month increments. The Councils detailed requirements are defined in the Specification.
