Description

The Aura Innovation Centre is seeking support to enhance the commercial enterprise, innovation and collaboration of the centre's projects. This tender focuses on the requirements to develop digital engagement facilities to hold online virtual events which will help to reduce the AIC's footprint. The requirements also include the development of online software and the provision of all aspects of the project from design to production and testing.

This contract is part funded by the ERDF awarded to the University of Hull to deliver the AIC and its deliverables, and as such must to be delivered in line with agreed timescales and profiles. The end date of this activity is currently anticipated to be November 2020 any variation to this will be subject to formal agreement and will be dependent on this being agreed by the University of Hull in compliance with ERDF regulations.

The budget for the first phase of this project is a maximum of £15k, with a further £15k which may be made available for further enhancements.
