Brief Description of Requirement
Estimates of the economic impacts of climate change need to be improved. Given the challenge set out above and the wide range of potential avenues to explore, our starting point is to engage researchers in a process of research prioritisation, in order to inform and shape future funding (both by UK Govt and beyond). We wish to achieve this through a facilitated workshop, that brings together a diverse range of expertise relevant to climate economics.
The aim of the workshop is to build on the expertise of participants to map out the direction of research in this field and give guidance to those funders who wish to help stimulate significant new developments. Additionally, it is hoped that by bringing together a strong group of leading academics, that this helps to generate fruitful new collaborations that also serve to further enhance the discipline.
This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO BUYER
All submissions will be assessed in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, for procurement values that exceed Regulation 5 (Threshold amounts)
Responses must be received by the date in the tender documentation; responses received outside of the deadline or not sent via the eSourcing portal will not be accepted or considered further for this opportunity.
