Description

Woodbridge Town Council (WTC) is the freehold owner of the Woodbridge Art Club building, which is located on Tide Mill Way, Woodbridge.

WTC have been advised that the current roof requires replacement in the next 2-3 years, therefore a full structural survey of the building is required before we can tender for a roof replacement.

The Woodbridge Art Club are the tenants in the Woodbridge Art Club building. Should potential wish to access the inside of the Art Club, contact should be made in the first instance with the Woodbridge Town Council Clerk, rather than directly with the Art Club.

WTC are therefore seeking a structural engineer to undertake a full structural survey of the building, including the existing roof, in order to guide our future decision making for this valuable asset.

A full report on the current structure of the building, including recommendations on the future works required, will be expected of the successful contractor.
